I am really pleased with my results at Winton. To finish on the podium in the car's second ever race meeting is absolutely awesome. What makes it an even better achievement is that, because of a flat tyre in qualifying, we had to fight our way back from 20th.
The crew and I are really coming to grips with the car now, and we have some ideas to improve it even further as we progress throughout the year. I can't wait for the next round in Darwin, I haven't raced there since 2005 but I enjoyed the circuit then and am looking forward to racing the XA there. I will admit I am also looking forward to some nice warm weather - it's way too cold here in Melbourne!

Podium Position at Winton
Leanne and her Ford Falcon XA GT Phase 4 have secured their first podium finish in the Touring Car Masters at Winton after coming back from a flat tyre in qualifying.
Clipsal Race Report
The Phase IV Ford XA GT and I made our Touring Car Masters debuts at the Clipsal 500 in Adelaide. It was hard to miss the XA with it’s wild violet and pink colour scheme, the pink in support of the McGrath Foundation.
